Mike is a seasoned healthcare executive who has spent three decades supporting healthcare companies transform their businesses, driving strong growth and stay at the cutting edge of valuable sector innovation.
As Executive Vice President at Quintiles (now IQVIA), Mike played a pivotal role in driving the company’s transformation into a leading global Clinical Research Organisation, spearheading international growth initiatives across multiple markets. Prior to Quintiles, Mike was a Senior Vice President at Charles Schwab, responsible for the global retail and internet organisations. Mike has also served as non-executive chairman of the Multiple Myeloma Research Consortium, a non-profit organisation dedicated to accelerating the development of novel compounds and combination treatments for the disease.
As a Co-Founder of GHO, Mike has been instrumental in the success of the fund and supporting world-class leadership teams to succeed on the global stage. Mike currently sits on the boards of Avid Bioservices, Alcami, Biocare Medical, Genesis Research Group, ClearView, Velocity, X-Chem and has overseen successful exits from BioAgilytix, DDC, Quotient Sciences and Caprion Biosciences.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Sciences from the Ohio State University. He has worked and lived across the USA, UK and Asia.
