Sophia is an investment professional with experience in investment banking and the pharmaceutical industry.

Before joining GHO, she was part of Lazard’s Healthcare M&A team, where she advised corporates and financial sponsors on transactions across a range of healthcare subsectors, including biotech, pharma and medtech. She began her career at AstraZeneca in Statistical Programming, supporting late-stage drug development.

Sophia holds an MPhil in Biotechnology from the University of Cambridge and a BEng in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
