Micaela is a seasoned executive in alternatives asset management, bringing over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. 

Before joining GHO Capital, Micaela was Partner, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Head of Risk at AlbaCore Capital LLP, a European alternative credit specialist.

Prior to that, Micaela served as Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of JNE Partners, a spin-out from MSD Partners, and held the same role at Observatory Capital Management, an affiliate of Brummer & Partners.  In her roles as Chief Operating Officer, Micaela oversaw the institutionalization and scaling of both liquid and private alternative investment managers.

Micaela began her career in credit risk management at Goldman Sachs before joining the prime brokerage businesses at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, where she worked with some of the world’s most prominent hedge fund managers.

Micaela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke University.  Originally from the United States, Micaela spent much of her early life and career in the United Kingdom and Asia.
