Lauren Spyrou
Head of Human Resources
Lauren is a senior HR leader with over twenty years’ experience driving high‑performance people and culture agendas in international financial services firms.
Prior to joining GHO Capital, she spent nine years at Perella Weinberg Partners as Head of Human Resources (EMEA) across Corporate Advisory (Investment Banking) and Asset Management, where she also served on the Board of the Perella Weinberg Partners Foundation.
She began her career at Citi and The Bank of New York Mellon, building broad HR experience across Fixed Income, Equities and Corporate Functions.
Lauren previously served on the Advisory Board of Working Options in Education, an employability and life skills charity focused on improving career pathways for young people aged fourteen to nineteen, particularly those from under‑served communities, reflecting her broader commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion across the financial services sector.
Lauren holds a BA in Business and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
