Katri is a lawyer specialising in compliance and regulatory matters.
Having joined GHO in 2023, Katri works in the regulatory and compliance function tracking and implementing changes and processes in the regulatory framework, and managing legal and reputational risk.
Prior to GHO, Katri spent 8 years working in the PE/Real Estate team at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP where she led on all compliance matters in relation to the M&A, joint venture, restructuring and other related transactions of a leading private equity firm.
Katri is qualified as a lawyer in England & Wales and Finland and has spent time working and studying in Helsinki, London, Luxembourg and Paris.
