Hendrik Michaelis

Hendrik is an investment professional with a background in healthcare investment banking and M&A.
Hendrik joined the GHO team in 2022 and currently works closely with the Sanner, Validant and Biocare management teams.
Prior to joining GHO, Hendrik was with J.P. Morgan as part of their European healthcare team where he worked on a broad range of M&A, equity and debt transactions on behalf of private equity and corporate clients. During this time, he worked across all healthcare verticals with a particular focus on Biotech, life science tools, lab services and healthcare services. Hendrik started his career at Evercore in Germany.
Hendrik holds a BSc in Business Administration from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and a MSc in International Finance from HEC Paris.
