Cédric is an investment professional with a background in investment banking and corporate finance.
Prior to joining GHO in 2022, Cédric worked at Jefferies as part of their M&A team where he advised on multiple transactions in the healthcare, TMT and business services sectors. Cédric started his career at Ernst & Young’s transaction advisory services department in Brussels.
Cédric has an M.Sc. in Business Economics with a major in Corporate Finance from Ghent University and an M.Sc. in Capital Markets, Regulation and Compliance from Henley Business School.
A native Dutch speaker, Cédric has lived and worked in the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands.
