Having joined GHO in 2023, Alina is a responsible investment professional who works closely with the firm’s investment and operational teams, as well as alongside portfolio companies, to support on delivering and advancing the firm’s responsible investing strategy.
Prior to GHO, Alina worked in climate risk at Santander, assisting with transition plan assessments, industry analysis, and ESG trend and regulatory evaluations. She interned at J.P. Morgan, building cross-asset analytical expertise that now underpins her work in responsible investing.
Alina holds a BSc of Financial Trading and Investment Management.
