We monitor levels of engagement across GHO through our annual engagement survey, where we monitor progress and aim to improve continually. In 2024, 95% of our team participated in the engagement survey. Our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is 43 – a testament to our workplace culture.

Our approach to talent acquisition and retention focuses on reaching a wide pool of candidates with varied experiences and perspectives.
