Nico Iacuzzi
Principal
Nico brings a wealth of experience in private equity investments, along with a successful track record of helping management teams and boards grow their businesses.
Since joining GHO in 2022, Nico serves on the board of Envision Pharma Group and works closely with the management team at Sterling Pharma Solutions.
Prior to GHO, Nico was Co-Head of the Investment Team at IH International Advisors, a global asset manager investing capital from Interogo Foundation/IKEA. Before IHIA, Nico spent a decade at Change Capital Partners, a pan-European private equity fund focused on growth equity investments in consumer-related businesses. As Managing Director, he was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments.
Nico began his career as a management consultant at Deloitte before moving to JPMorgan’s Leveraged Finance team, where he advised corporates and private equity funds on buyouts and balance sheet restructurings.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc from the London School of Economics. A dual Italian and British national, Nico has lived and worked in Europe, the US, and Hong Kong.
