Olav is a senior investor relations professional with more than 25 years of experience across private equity, private credit and infrastructure.
Prior to joining GHO, Olav was a Managing Director and Partner at HarbourVest Partners, where he led EMEA Investor Relations and served on the Global Investor Relations Leadership team. During his tenure, he established and developed the firm’s EMEA investor relations platform and led relationships with institutional investors and advisers across the region. Previously, Olav was a Partner and Head of EMEA at Eaton Partners and Global Head of Business Development at Capital Dynamics. He began his career at Kleinwort Benson and was subsequently part of the founding team at Sitka Partners.
Olav has extensive experience in fundraising, strategic business development, and building and leading international investor relations teams.
Olav is a fully qualified German lawyer, having completed both German State Examinations in Law. He is fluent in German and English.
