Charles Cox
Managing Director, Investor Relations
Charles is an experienced investor relations, fundraising and corporate finance professional who brings a blend of relationship development and transaction execution skills.
Having joined GHO in 2017, he works closely with the investment, finance and legal teams at GHO as well as portfolio company management to lead fundraising, co-investment, reporting and investor coverage with Limited Partners as well as communications across all stakeholders.
Prior to GHO, Charles worked in the fundraising and investor relations team at 3i Group plc and was formerly in Rothschild & Co’s M&A practice, splitting his time between the Energy & Power team in London and as a sector generalist in Moscow.
Charles holds a first class degree in Russian and History from the University of Edinburgh. A native English speaker, Charles is fluent in Russian and has lived and worked in the UK and Russia.
